DJI Mavic 3 Pro Launched: The Ultimate Eye in the Sky

DJI has officially unveiled its latest flagship drone, the Mavic 3 Pro, taking aerial photography to new heights with its multi-focal triple-camera setup. This top-of-the-line UAV boasts a Hasselblad main camera and dual-focus telephoto cameras, offering creative freedom and versatility for drone enthusiasts.

Triple-Camera Powerhouse

The Mavic 3 Pro’s main camera features Hasselblad’s 4/3 CMOS sensor, equivalent to a 24mm lens with an adjustable aperture of F2.8-F11. To spice things up, DJI added a 3x mid-focus lens with a 1/1.3-inch CMOS sensor, equivalent to 70mm, and an F2.8 aperture. Last but not least, the 7x telephoto lens sports a 1/2-inch CMOS sensor, equivalent to 166mm, and an upgraded aperture of F3.4.

With equivalent focal lengths of 70mm and 166mm, the telephoto cameras offer a wide range of shooting possibilities. The 70mm medium telephoto camera captures stunning 4K/60fps video and photos with up to 48 million pixels. It supports 10-bit D-Log M and HLG color modes, making it suitable for various shooting subjects. Meanwhile, the upgraded 166mm telephoto camera delivers even stronger resolution, with an increased aperture of f/3.4 and the ability to shoot 4K/60fps video with 7x optical zoom. Its hybrid zoom reaches up to 28x, ensuring smooth telephoto and scene survey shots.

Advanced Obstacle Detection and Image Transmission

The Mavic 3 Pro comes equipped with eight visual sensors and a high-performance visual computing engine, enabling it to detect obstacles in multiple directions and actively plan safe routes for seamless shooting and creation. The DJI O3+ image transmission system boasts an impressive 15-kilometer range, delivering 1080p/60fps high-definition, high-frame-rate image transmission quality.

Additionally, the drone features a cellular module for added safety. In the event of image transmission signal interference or blockage, the aircraft can still be controlled via a 4G network, effectively improving flight safety.
