Xiaomi Plans to Launch Xiaomi Pad 6 Max/Plus Following Bluetooth SIG Certification

Xiaomi is at it again, with plans to release their newest addition to the tablet market, the Xiaomi Pad 6 Max or Plus. Following the success of the Xiaomi Pad 6 and 6 Pro, the company has received Bluetooth SIG certification for their latest tablet model.

The Xiaomi Pad 6 Max is expected to be a larger version of the Xiaomi Pad 6, following the traditional naming convention of the digital industry. Although we don’t know the specifications yet, we can expect it to be a larger size display tablets with impressive features.

Also in line with Xiaomi’s tablet product line tradition, as seen with the release of the Xiaomi Pad 5 Pro 12.4 inch version following the base and Pro versions of the Xiaomi Pad 5 series (New Xiaomi Pad 5 Pro 12.4 before you buy Reviews).

The model identification of the new tablet is “23078KB5BC,” which is similar to the primary model of Xiaomi smartphones and tablets. The “C” at the end of the model number suggests that the Xiaomi Pad 6 Max may only be launched in China.

The new product has the development code name “yudi,” and it runs on the MIUI 14 system with version number V14.0.0.15.TMHCNXM.

Xiaomi has a great track record when it comes to tablets, with the release of the Xiaomi Pad 6 earlier this year. The Xiaomi Pad 6 features an all-metal integrated body design, an 11-inch LCD display (resolution: 2880*1800), supports 144Hz 7-speed variable refresh rate, and is equipped with a Snapdragon 870 processor. The tablet also has a built-in 8840mAh (typical value) battery and supports 33W wired fast charging.
