Lenovo Launched Legion Go Handheld and Legion Glasses at IFA 2023

Lenovo has unveiled two new gaming devices at the IFA 2023 exhibition in Berlin: the Legion Go handheld gaming PC and Legion Glasses virtual display. The Legion Go brings full Windows PC gaming to a portable, handheld form factor starting at 799 EUR. Meanwhile, the Legion Glasses provide a private, head-worn display for immersive gaming on the go.

Lenovo Legion Go Gaming Handheld Packs High-End Specs and Windows Flexibility

The Legion Go packs the power of an AMD Ryzen processor into a compact body with built-in game controls. 8.8-inch touchscreen display boasts a 144Hz refresh rate and 500 nits of brightness for smooth, vivid gameplay. A customizable TrueStrike controller attaches to the sides, featuring hall-effect joysticks, triggers, buttons and more. There’s up to 1TB of fast PCIe SSD storage with a micro SD slot for extra capacity.

Lenovo claims the Legion Go’s 49Wh battery enables extended gaming sessions away from an outlet. It charges via USB-C and can even act as a power bank to charge phones and other devices. Gamers can play their favorite Windows games natively on the Legion Go or stream them from a gaming PC.

Meanwhile, the equally portable Legion Glasses provide a private big screen experience through wearable virtual displays. Weighing just 126 grams, the glasses feature dual micro OLED panels with Full HD resolution per eye. They connect to USB-C devices like the Legion Go and let gamers see a large virtual monitor in front of them.

Lenovo says the Legion Glasses offer high color accuracy, 60Hz refresh rates and integrated audio. Since they project directly into the eyes, gamers can enjoy immersive visuals without compromising privacy. The glasses are compatible with Windows, Android and macOS systems.

The Lenovo Legion Go and Legion Glasses will be available starting in November and October respectively. They offer gamers high-end performance in uniquely portable and private form factors. Lenovo continues to innovate new gaming hardware as it cements its reputation as a premier PC gaming brand.
