Both the Galaxy S24 and S24+ models are tipped to feature either the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 or Exynos 2400 chipsets. Either processor choice packs dedicated AI engines enabling next-gen machine learning capabilities right on the device, allows the phones to handle AI- intensive tasks faster while being more power efficient.

On the imaging front, the S24 and S24+ will sport triple camera arrays with a 50MP main, 12MP ultrawide, and 10MP telephoto lens. Samsung is likely using AI to maximize photo and video quality across all three sensors. The base S24 will also come with a 6.1” FHD screen and 4000mAh battery with 25W charging.

Stepping up to the S24+ brings a faster 45W charger for the bigger 4900mAh cell, along with a 6.6” QHD display for pixel peeping media viewers. Newly leaked screenshots, the upcoming Galaxy S24 lineup will enable “Emergency Messages via Satellite” transmission.

The rumored Galaxy S24 Ultra represents the crème de la crème of Samsung’s AI-enhanced hardware. Tipped to only use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, the highest-end model may feature four rear cameras, with a next-gen 200MP primary sensor that uses AI techniques to optimize detail and lighting. A 12MP ultrawide, 50MP telephoto with 10x optical zoom, and 10MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom round out the array.

Galaxy S24 Ultra’s screen will be a huge 6.8” QHD+ display, while internally a 5000mAh battery keeps things ticking, charged via 45W USB-C Power Delivery. Expect bleeding-edge AI photography, video, and even accessibility features.

While specifics remain under wraps, it’s clear Samsung’s betting big on AI with the Galaxy S24 lineup. Stay tuned for the full reveal on the 18th.
