The DJI Air 3 drone is expected to retain the basic design of its predecessor, the Air 2S, but with some major upgrades. One such upgrade is the new insertable battery, which will give the Air 3 drone a 20% increase in battery capacity compared to the Air 2S. According to @DealsDrone, the dual-camera design will include a main camera with an equivalent focal length of 24mm and a telephoto lens with an equivalent focal length of 70mm, aperture values for these lenses are f/1.7 and f/2.8, respectively, means that you will be able to capture even more stunning aerial footage, with greater detail and clarity.
And if that’s not enough to get you excited, then how about the fact that the DJI Air 3 drone has already passed FCC certification? The certification documents confirm the battery capacity of the DJI Air 3 drone to be 4241 mAh / 62.6 Wh, which is 20% higher than the Air 2S. FCC documents also show documentation for the RC 2 and RC-N2 remote controllers, which will likely be included with the drone.
