Vivo launched premium Vivo X100 Series, Powered By latest Dimensity 9300

vivo has officially launched its premium Vivo X100 series, headlined by the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9300 flagship chipset along with Zeiss co-engineered optics.

X100 phones boast high-end specs including a curved 6.78-inch 120Hz AMOLED display, 50MP triple camera array, super-fast charging and an enhanced imaging engine tuned with Zeiss.

At the heart of the vivo X100 is MediaTek’s newly announced Dimensity 9300 processo, X100 series represents the debut device for this cutting-edge 4nm process chip which delivers exceptional power efficiency and performance.

Built on TSMC’s second generation 4nm process, the Dimensity 9300 packs an octa-core CPU with four Arm Cortex-X4 cores operating up to 3.25GHz.

For graphics, the Dimensity 9300’s with G720 Immortalis MP12 graphics GPU delivers up to 46% faster speeds and 40% greater power efficiency versus the prior Dimensity 9200. An integrated APU 790 provides support for NeuroPilot Fusion also enables advanced on-device AI.

Vivo X100 harnesses the Dimensity 9300’s speed with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage, top spec model comes equipped with even faster LPDDR5T RAM clocked at a blistering 9.6Gbps.

Bringing cinematic visuals is the 6.78-inch 3D curved AMOLED display with 2800×1260 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and 3,000 nits peak brightness. An under-screen fingerprint reader and centered punch-hole selfie camera complete the sleek design.

Imagery is taken up a notch by Zeiss co-engineering across the rear triple camera array. Key Zeiss contributions include APO lens elements, floating lens tech and an all-new T* coating to reduce flare and ghosting.

The 50MP main has an extra-large 1/1.56″ sensor and f/1.57 aperture. Telephoto and ultrawide lenses round out the versatile setup. New AI algorithms significantly boost image processing for sharper, richer photos especially from the 2.5x optical zoom tele lens.

Videography sees upgrades too like 4K HDR night video recording. The 32MP front camera enables crisper selfies and face unlock. IP68 water resistance provides peace of mind against splashes or dunks.

Powering the vivo X100 is a large 5000mAh battery supporting insanely fast 120W wired charging. Replenishing the battery from flat reportedly takes just 25 minutes. Wireless charging tops up at 50W.

On the software front, the X100 debuts the customized OriginOS 4, brings enhanced privacy controls, multi-screen collaboration with PC, and eye comfort features tailored for the gorgeous OLED panel.

The Vivo X100 series delivers a truly well-rounded flagship experience blending speed, photography prowess, display excellence and rapid charging.

Pricing in China starts at 3,999 RMB ($570) for the base 12GB/256GB model, top storage tiers with more RAM and faster LPDDR5T memory fetch up to 5,099 RMB ($730). Global availability is still to be announced.
