Samsung Unveils Exciting New Galaxy S24 Lineup with Snapdragon and Exynos Chips

Samsung held its major Unpacked event today, revealing the full Galaxy S24 smartphone lineup for 2024. The star of the show was undoubtedly the Galaxy S24 Ultra, which looks to be the most advanced flagship phone this year. With cutting-edge features like a 200MP camera, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for galaxy chip, and 6.8” QHD display with S Pen support, the S24 Ultra defines next-gen mobile technology, entire S24 series brings improvements across the board.

Samsung Unveils Exciting New Galaxy S24 Ultra

The Galaxy S24 Ultra’s standout 200MP primary camera has unbelievable detail and low-light capabilities. Augmented by one 50MP telephoto lenses (5x optical zoom) and 10MP tele 3x, a 12MP ultrawide, and 12MP selfie camera, S24 Ultra is a content creator’s dream. Its photos and 8K video look stunning. New flat 6.8″ screen ditches the S23’s curved display, reducing accidental touches when using the S Pen. With a dynamic 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling in gaming mode, visuals are ultrasmooth.

S24 Ultra houses Qualcomm’s cutting-edge Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for galaxy, with advanced AI capabilities, 30% faster CPU performance, and 25% faster graphics, it blazes through apps and offers elite gaming. Available with up to 1TB of storage and 12GB RAM, this phone is a portable powerhouse. Samsung also focused heavily on Galaxy AI features that utilize the Snapdragon platform’s powerful on-device AI.

The Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus also gain major improvements, a speedy SoC with AI enhancements, in Europe and parts of Asia, they utilize Samsung’s own Exynos 2400 chips. Benchmarks will reveal performance comparisons, but both offer octa-core CPUs, potent AI, and advanced AMD-based graphics.

All S24 models gain Wi-Fi 7 connectivity from the Qualcomm FastConnect 7800 chip. This enables lightning-fast downloads and minimal latency when gaming or streaming over Wi-Fi 6E/7 networks. Share fast 25W wired charging, wireless charging, and Qualcomm’s 3D Sonic Gen 2 fingerprint reader beneath their displays.

With a starting price of $1,300, the Galaxy S24 Ultra pulls out all the stops as Samsung’s most feature-packed phone ever. The S24 and S24 Plus offer excellent upgrades at lower price points for more budget-conscious buyers. Starting at $999 and $799 respectively, they make great all-around devices.
