Apple Watch Series 8: Predict Ovulation and Menstrual Cycles Tracking Wearable for Women

The first thing you’ll notice about the Apple Watch Series 8 is the addition of two new temperature sensors, one’s on the back of the watch, close to your skin, measuring your body temperature, while the other is on the watch screen, measuring the ambient temperature and eliminating any temperature difference, these sensors work together with an algorithm to monitor a girl’s ovulation period, and let me tell you, it’s accurate.

Body temperature is an important indicator to monitor a girl’s physiological curve. Before ovulation, her temperature drops by 0.1-0.2 degrees, and after ovulation, her body temperature rises by 0.3-0.5 degrees. The Series 8 integrates environment and skin temperature to obtain accurate temperature data, so you can trust the predictions.

If you’re using the Apple Watch 8, you’ll need to wear it while you sleep to get the best results, don’t worry, the watch needs to record two complete cycles before it can start predicting, so give it some time.

Apple Watch Series 8 is a significant step forward for women’s health, with its accurate temperature sensors and algorithm, it’s a reliable tool for predicting ovulation and tracking menstrual cycles.
