Apple’s WWDC 2023: Apple Mac with M2 Ultra and M2 Max Chips on the Horizon

Apple enthusiasts, get ready to witness some groundbreaking upgrades in the upcoming WWDC 2023. The tech giant is all set to unveil some new Macs, but what’s more exciting is the addition of M2 Ultra and M2 Max chips to the lineup.

As per the report by Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, Apple is testing two new Mac desktops with these chips. While the M2 Max chip boasts a 12-core CPU and a 30-core GPU, the M2 Ultra chip takes things up a notch with its 24-core CPU and 60-core GPU, supporting up to 192GB of memory. And if that’s not enough, there’s also a higher-end version of the M2 Ultra chip with a whopping 76-core GPU.

Although the M2 Ultra chip was initially designed for the Apple Silicon Mac Pro, Apple has decided to incorporate it into the Mac Studio instead. The Mac Studio is a desktop computer targeted at professional users, capable of handling high-intensity tasks like video editing and 3D rendering. Apple hopes it can replace the Mac Pro with this new model.

Reported that Apple is working on two new MacBook Airs, a new 13-inch MacBook Pro, and a new iMac, all of which will run on the M3 chip. While the M3 Mac products won’t be released until the end of this year, Apple fans can expect some powerful upgrades to their favorite devices.

With the WWDC 2023 just around the corner, we can’t wait to see what Apple has in store for us. schedule for the highly anticipated Worldwide Developers Conference WWDC23, which is set to take place from Monday, June 5th to Friday, June 9th, 2023.
