CY Lee, Vice President of Marketing of Samsung Semiconductor System LSI, officially announced a new generation of 5nm flagship SOC chip Samsung Exynos 1080. The second 5G SOC developed Samsung and vivo, the chip will still be launched by VIVO mobile phone, likely to be the vivo X60 model released at the end of the year.
Exynos 1080 SOC is designed for the Chinese market, 5nm EUV process, 4 A78+4 A55 octa-core processors, up to 2.8Ghz, GPU G78 MP10, support LPDDR5, support FHD+ 144Hz high brush, Antutu’s running points can reach 690,000.
For 5G networks, both sub-6GHz and millimeter wave are supported. Exynos 1080 also supports the shooting of 10-bit color gamut video.
Supports up to 200MP cameras, up to 6 cameras are turned on at the same time, and up to 3 cameras can be operated at the same time, more possibilities for Smartphone imaging systems.
