Sony Xperia 1 V review: Ultimate Flagship Camera Smartphone

Are you looking for a smartphone with an exceptional camera? Look no further than the Sony Xperia 1 V. This phone boasts a new main camera sensor, Sony’s Exmor T CMOS Sensor, which is the biggest dual-layer sensor ever put in a phone. This sensor, combined with Sony’s multi-frame noise reduction technology, produces crystal-clear images that are true to life.

The camera features 48MP resolution and is 1.7x bigger than the previous version. Additionally, the phone has a 16mm ultra-wide and an 85-125mm telephoto lens with optical zoom. You can also enjoy eye AF, real-time tracking, and Zeiss with T* coating. The phone even has 4K HDR video recording on all three cameras.

Sony Xperia 1 V

While the Sony Xperia 1 V is not recommended for the average user due to its somewhat high price and not-so-user-friendly system, it is perfect for digital enthusiasts who are looking for a high-quality camera smartphone. The phone’s interface and functions for photography are complete and professional, with impressive autofocus and continuous shooting capabilities. You will love the physical shutter button which provides an excellent user experience. The phone also has several built-in creative styles, allowing you to produce high-quality images without the need for post-processing.

While the phone has some downsides, such as the front-facing camera’s lack of black coating technology and the removal of the breathing light, it is still a great device. The CE garbage bin logo on the back cover’s bottom is unsightly, and the phone can get hot during light use. The WiFi signal is also somewhat weak, and the 5G frequency band is unstable.

However, Sony Xperia 1 V more than makes up for these shortcomings, main camera performs exceptionally well despite the phone’s slim and lightweight design. Disply and speakers are also outstanding, making it a great device for entertainment. The phone’s side fingerprint sensor is comfortable to use, and it supports TF cards, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a physical shutter button, making it a versatile device, back cover has a unique and high-quality feel, and the battery life is impressive, with up to seven hours of screen-on time for daily use without gaming. Finally, the system is clean and simple, without any unnecessary apps.

Finally, this is what I wanted to say, if you are a digital enthusiast looking for a smartphone with an exceptional camera, the Sony Xperia 1 V is definitely worth considering.
