iQOO Neo8 Pro Dimensity 9200+ Smartphone with Powerful Specs and Features

Vivo iQOO announced their latest smartphone and it seems they mean business. The new Neo8 Pro is loaded with some seriously powerful specs,

iQOO’s bringing their A-game with the Neo8 Pro. Got a massive 6.78-inch flexible FHD+ display that refreshes at 144Hz for buttery smooth scrolling and gaming. And with a peak brightness of 1,000 nits, you’ll have no trouble seeing what’s on that screen even in direct sunlight. The Neo8 Pro’s also rocking an octa-core Dimensity 9200+ chipset and V1+ co-processor, so you know it’s gonna be fast. We’re talking a 3.35GHz super core, three 3.0GHz performance cores, and four efficiency cores at 2.0GHz. Translation? Blazing fast app opening times, silky gaming performance and seriously snappy multitasking.

Boasts a 144Hz 1.5K eye-protecting straight flat-display, with a 452ppi and instantaneous sampling rate of 1200Hz. The whole series of screens support high-frequency PWM dimming up to 2160Hz and 16,000-level brightness adjustment, same as basic version Neo8.

The Neo8 Pro didn’t skimp on the cameras either. You’re getting a 50MP main cam, an 8MP ultra-wide and a 16MP selfie shooter. iQOO says the main camera’s using a larger sensor size IMX866VCS for improved low-light photography. And that V1+ chip we mentioned? It’s got built-in noise reduction and HDR video processing for crisper, more vivid photos and video.

Rounding out the specs, there’s a sizable 5,000mAh battery with 120W flash charging (yes, please!), an under-display fingerprint reader, NFC and dual X-axis haptic motors for tactile feedback.

Connectivity, the Neo8 Pro has infrared, NFC, under-screen fingerprint, dual pressure, and dual X-axis motors (0809). The Goodix under-screen fingerprint technology is a standout feature that provides a seamless and secure user experience.

The iQOO Neo8 Pro seriously sounds like a flagship spec + mid-range price dream. With those specs and a price starting at around $470 for the base model, the competition better watch their backs. The Neo8 Pro’s set to launch in China on May 31. No word yet on international availability.
