Sony’s Xperia 5 V leaked: Dual Camera, Zeiss T * Lens Coating, and More!

The latest leak has revealed exciting details about the upcoming Xperia 5 V. Reddit user @JB2unique has shared a leaked promotional advertisement for the phone, and we’ve got all the juicy details for you.

First things first, the Xperia 5 V looks strikingly similar to its predecessor. However, the rear camera module has undergone a significant change, shifting from a triple-camera setup to a dual-camera setup. This move may disappoint some photography enthusiasts, but it’s important to note that Sony’s camera technology is known to deliver exceptional results, even with just two lenses.

Another welcome surprise is the retention of the 3.5mm headphone jack, which is becoming increasingly rare in today’s smartphones. And for those who dislike punch-hole screens, the Xperia 5 V has opted to stick with a traditional display design.

Xperia 5 V will also come equipped with the ZEISS T * lens coating, which is known for its superior optical performance and anti-reflective properties. This coating has been a staple in Sony’s high-end phones, and it’s great to see it being carried over to the Xperia 5 V.

Xperia 5 V packed Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, which promises to deliver top-of-the-line performance, option 16GB or 12GB of memory, support 33W fast charging.

Finally, the rumors are true – the Sony Xperia 1 V (Sony Xperia 1 V Review) and Xperia 5 V will be the first smartphones to support Bluetooth LE Audio and LC3. This means that users can expect higher-quality audio and improved battery life when using Bluetooth headphones.
